Der HSC Fund wurde 2016 lanciert und Anfang 2018 von der Finanzaufsicht Finma als Publikumsfonds zugelassen. Durch die Kotierung sollen die Investoren von einer erh\u00f6hten Liquidit\u00e4t und Visibilit\u00e4t ihrer Fondsanteile profitieren, so die Fondsleitung Helvetica Property Investors. Der Fonds wird mit der Kotierung in den \u00abSXI Real Estate Broad\u00bb und den \u00abSXI Real Estate Funds Broad\u00bb aufgenommen.<\/p>\n

Das Immobilienportfolio des Fonds umfasst Liegenschaften mit einem Marktwert von rund 640 Millionen CHF. Weitere Zuk\u00e4ufe sind nach Angaben der Fondsleitung geplant, so dass das Portfolio bis Ende Jahr einen Marktwert von rund 700 Millionen erreichen soll.<\/p>\n
