Der HSC Fund erwarb diese Liegenschaft von Meyer Burger in Thun (Bild: Helvetica Property Investors)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Die Gesch\u00e4ftsliegenschaft befindet sich an der Schorenstrasse in Thun, laut der Fondsleitung Helvetica Property eine \u00ab\u00e4usserst gute und wirtschaftsintensive Lage\u00bb. Die vermietbare Fl\u00e4che betr\u00e4gt rund 22.900 qm und die j\u00e4hrlichen Mietzinseinnahmen liegen bei 3,6 Millionen CHF.<\/p>\n

Das Objekt sei langfristig vermietet und vollvermietet, heisst es weiter. Gruppengesellschaften von Meyer Burger repr\u00e4sentieren einen Anteil von rund 17% an den Mieteinnahmen. Die restlichen 83% werden mit verschiedenen, von Meyer Burger unabh\u00e4ngigen Mietern erzielt.<\/p>\n

Die Liegenschaft wurde im Jahr 2011 errichtet und bezieht s\u00e4mtlichen Strom aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen, insbesondere Wasserkraft. Das Geb\u00e4ude verf\u00fcgt auch \u00fcber eine eigene Photovoltaikanlage und eine Photovoltaik-Geb\u00e4udefassade.<\/p>\n

Der Kaufvertrag mit Meyer Burger wurde den Angaben zufolge am 22. Oktober beurkundet. Die Vereinbarung umfasst nach Angaben von Helvetica Property langfristige Mietzinsgarantien und eine gestaffelte Kaufpreiszahlung.<\/p>\n

Die Transaktion untersteht noch einem Vorkaufsrecht der Stadt Thun, zudem muss die Stadt den Verkauf genehmigen. Aufgrund \u00abintensiv gef\u00fchrter Gespr\u00e4che\u00bb mit der Verk\u00e4uferpartei wie auch mit den Beh\u00f6rden der Stadt Thun gehe man davon aus, dass die Transaktion in K\u00fcrze vollzogen wird und die Eigentums\u00fcbertragung der Liegenschaft erfolgt, so die Fondsleitung weiter.<\/p>\n

Wie Hans R. Holdener, CEO und Managing Partner, sagt, sind f\u00fcr das vierte Quartal dieses Jahres weitere Zuk\u00e4ufe geplant. Zum Jahresende soll der Marktwert des Portfolios rund 700 Millionen CHF erreichen. (ah)<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
