Im Fokus der Wohn\u00fcberbauung steht ein Angebot f\u00fcr Studierende, aber auch f\u00fcr Familien und Senioren werde es Wohnraum geben.<\/p>\n<p>Weiter sind Fl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr innovative Wohn\u00adformen vorgesehen, ebenso sollen sich Dienstleistungsbetriebe und Gastronomie ansiedeln. Rund 280 Menschen sollen dereinst auf dem Stadts\u00e4ge-Areal wohnen. F\u00fcr die Studentenwohnungen will Previs einen Betreiber verpflichten, der Vermietung, Reinigung und Ausstattung der Wohneinheiten \u00fcbernimmt.<\/p>\n<p>Der B\u00fcrgerrat hat angek\u00fcndigt, mit Previs Vorsorge einen Baurechts\u00advertrag aus\u00adzuarbeiten. Die B\u00fcrger\u00adversammlung vom 9. Dezember 2019 muss dem Gesch\u00e4ft noch zustimmen. L\u00e4uft alles rund, ist die \u00dcberbauung bis Ende 2023 fertiggestellt.
