Die Z\u00fcrcher Stiftung PWG hat im vergangenen Jahr 80 Millionen CHF in den Immobilienbestand investiert (Bild: sborisov – depositphotos)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Wie die Stiftung PWG mitteilt, sind neun Mehrfamilienh\u00e4user f\u00fcr 56,56 Millionen CHF erworben worden. Per Ende Jahr hatte die Stiftung 150 Liegenschaften mit 1.725 Wohnungen und 313 Gewerbeobjekten im Bestand.<\/p>\n

Im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2018 wurden zwei Neubauten mit insgesamt 35 Wohnungen vermietet, zus\u00e4tzlich sind derzeit 104 Wohnungen an drei Standorten in Bau. Insgesamt werdenin diese Bauvorhaben 77 Millionen investiert, so die Stiftung. Der Anlagewert der Immobilien lag bei 722 Millionen, das sind 58 Millionen mehr als im Vorjahr.
