Um diese voranzutreiben, pr\u00fcfe man verschiedene Szenarien, zu denen unter anderem der Verkauf von Teilportfolios geh\u00f6re, teilt Credit Suisse Funds mit. Weitere Informationen werde es nach Abschluss des Pr\u00fcfungsprozesses geben.<\/p>\n<p>Der CS REF Hospitality investiert vorwiegend in Kongresszentren, Wohnliegenschaften mit hotel\u00e4hnlichen Dienstleistungen, Hotels, station\u00e4re und zeitlich beschr\u00e4nkte Wohnformen, Gesundheitsimmobilien sowie Wohnimmobilien in der Schweiz. Seit 2012 ist der Fonds an der SIX Swiss Exchange kotiert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Gesch\u00e4ftsbericht wird Ende M\u00e4rz erscheinen. Laut dem Bericht f\u00fcr das erste Halbjahr 2018 hatte der Fonds ein Portfolio von 38 Bestandesliegenschaften im Wert von rund 1,21 Milliarden CHF im Bestand.
