Der private Gestaltungsplan f\u00fcr das Mobimo-Projekt in der Manegg liegt \u00f6ffentlich auf (Bild: ArturVerkhovetskiy – depositphotos)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

In der Manegg soll auf dem Areal Obere Allmend zwischen Sihl und Allmendstrasse eine Wohn\u00fcberbauung entstehen. Mobimo plant insgesamt vier Geb\u00e4ude mit rund 270 Wohnungen sowie Gewerber\u00e4ume und einen st\u00e4dtischen Kindergarten im Erdgeschoss. Rund 110 der geplanten Wohnungen werden nach Angaben der Stadt Z\u00fcrich im Auftrag der Logis Suisse erstellt.<\/p>\n

Die Planungsgrundlage bildet das Projekt Masmarismas von HLS Architekten und ASP Landschaftsarchitekten, das aus einem Studienauftrag hervorgegangen war. Der erg\u00e4nzende Gestaltungsplan, der nun vorliege, lege die Dimensionen der Geb\u00e4ude, die Art der Nutzung, die W\u00e4rmeversorgung sowie die Erschliessung fest. Zudem sehe er einen grossz\u00fcgigen Freiraum, den Raumbedarf f\u00fcr einen Kindergarten und den Anschluss an den geplanten Haspelsteg vor, der \u00fcber die Allmendstrasse und die Bahngleise zum geplanten Schulhaus f\u00fchren werde, teilt die Stadt Z\u00fcrich mit.<\/p>\n
