Demnach stehen die Schweizer Shoppingcenter vor sehr grossen Herausforderungen.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Jahr wird \u2013 je nach Klima und Verlauf des Weihnachtsgesch\u00e4fts &#8211; die Mehrheit der Schweizer Center mit einem Umsatzminus im Vergleich zum Vorjahr abschliessen. In den n\u00e4chsten Jahren wird sich die Situation bez\u00fcglich Umsatzr\u00fcckgang, Fl\u00e4chenreduktion und Filialschliessungen nochmals massiv versch\u00e4rfen, prognostizieren die Experten.<\/p>\n<p>60 Prozent der von stoffelzurich Befragten gehen davon aus, dass die Ums\u00e4tze im station\u00e4ren Handel in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren weiter sinken werden. Das sind 69 Prozent mehr als im Vorjahr. 90 Prozent aller Studienteilnehmer sind sich einig, dass im Gegenzug der Online-Handel weiterhin wachsen wird.<\/p>\n<p>70 Prozent aller befragten Personen erwarten vor diesem Hintergrund, dass die Nachfrage nach mehr Verkaufsfl\u00e4che sinken wird. Im Jahr 2013 gingen noch 45 Prozent von einer sinkenden Nachfrage aus.<\/p>\n<p>Rund die H\u00e4lfte aller Experten prognostiziert f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten zwei bis drei Jahre sogar Filialschliessungen, das sind 70 Prozent mehr als noch im letzten Jahr.<\/p>\n<p>Den gr\u00f6ssten Handlungsbedarf sehen die Studienteilnehmer in der Revitalisierung und der Sanierung der Center &#8211; im Schnitt sind die Schweizer Shoppingcenter \u00fcber 28 Jahre alt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Marktreport 2016 erscheint in diesem Jahr zum dritten Mal. Erstellt wird er von stoffelzurich, dem Beratungsunternehmen von Marcel Stoffel.
