Die historische Bausubstanz des Seidenhofs soll in die \u00dcberbauung integriert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Firma E. Schubiger &amp; Cie. hat im alten Fabrikgeb\u00e4ude seit 1853 eine Seidenweberei betrieben, aber bereits ab den 1960er Jahre wurden die R\u00e4ume nach und nach f\u00fcr andere Zwecke genutzt, u.a. hatte die Gemeinde hier Schulr\u00e4ume eingerichtet. Nach einer Landabtretung f\u00fcr ein Altersheim und Arrondierungen des Swisscom-Geb\u00e4udes und der ehemaligen Postautogarage begann der Planungsprozess f\u00fcr die Neuentwicklung des Webereiareals. Die ehemaligen Eigent\u00fcmer haben nach Angaben von Fortimo in der j\u00fcngsten Vergangenheit f\u00fcr das Areal eine Umzonung und einen \u00dcberbauungsplan mit der entsprechenden Projektgrundlage erwirkt. Die Erschliessung sei ebenso rechtskr\u00e4ftig genehmigt.\u00a0 Bei der k\u00fcrzlich durchgef\u00fchrten Investorenausschreibung hat Fortimo Invest den Zuschlag erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Man wolle das Areal zeitnah entwickeln, teilt Fortimo mit. Der denkmalgesch\u00fctzte Seidenhof mitsamt Kamin soll behutsam saniert und ausgebaut werden. Projektiert sind dort rund 1.200 qm Gewerbefl\u00e4chen, kombiniert mit 30 Loftwohnungen. Im Weiteren entstehen s\u00fcdseitig rund 46 Eigentumswohnungen sowie 52 Mietwohnungen und knapp 4.800 qm Dienstleistungsfl\u00e4chen. Die Parkierung erfolgt vornehmlich unterirdisch mit insgesamt 280 Einstellpl\u00e4tzen.
