Zudem sind 1.800 qm f\u00fcr den Detailhandel und Dienstleister vorgesehen. Die gesamten Anlagekosten der Zentrums\u00fcberbauung belaufen sich auf rund 30 Millionen CHF.<\/p>\n<p>Laut einer Medienmitteilung wird die B\u00e4ckerei Abderhalden Wattwil wird im Herbst 2019 ein Caf\u00e9 mit \u00fcber 30 Sitzpl\u00e4tzen und eine B\u00e4ckerei in dem Neubau er\u00f6ffnen. \u00abVerhandlungen mit weiteren Interessenten laufen\u00bb, sagt Bruno Baumgartner, SOB-Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichsleiter Immobilien und ICT. Mit der Erstvermietung der Wohnungen wurde die HEV Verwaltungs AG in Wattwil beauftragt. Ab Herbst 2019 sollen die ersten Wohnungen bezugsbereit sein.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schweizerische S\u00fcdostbahn (SOB) ist in der Ost- und Zentralschweiz verankert und besch\u00e4ftigt \u00fcber 600 Mitarbeitende. Das Kerngesch\u00e4ft der SOB ist der Personenverkehr; 2017 reisten \u00fcber 13,5 Millionen Fahrg\u00e4ste mit der Bahngesellschaft. Das SOB-Schienennetz umfasst 123 Kilometer und ist reich an Tunnels, Viadukten und Br\u00fccken, darunter die h\u00f6chste Eisenbahnbr\u00fccke der Schweiz, der 99 Meter hohe Sitterviadukt bei St. Gallen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Asga ist eine als Genossenschaft organisierte Pensionskasse. Mit 12.305 angeschlossenen Unternehmen, 106.622 versicherten Personen und einer Bilanzsumme von 15,9 Milliarden CHF ist sie die nach eigenen Angaben gr\u00f6sste unabh\u00e4ngige Gemeinschafts-Vorsorgeeinrichtung der Schweiz.<\/p>\n<p>Priora ist im Bereich der Projektentwicklung und General- und Totalunternehmung t\u00e4tig.
