Geplant sind weiter der Bau einer Tiefgarage mit 450 Parkfeldern, die Neugestaltung der Parkstrasse und die Neugestaltungen der Umgebung und des Uferbereichs Limmat auf der Liegenschaft Parkstrasse.<\/p>\n<p>Die Auflagen, welche der Stadtrat den Bauherren macht, betreffen Organisatorisches rund um den Bauablauf sowie Fragen zu Erschliessung, Mobilit\u00e4t, Energie und Hochwasserschutz des Projekts. Damit der Baustart erfolgen kann, m\u00fcssen die Auflagen fristgerecht erf\u00fcllt werden, schreibt die Stadt Baden in einer Mitteilung.<\/p>\n<p>Das Baugesuch zum Baufeld III, auf dem Teile der fr\u00fcheren Hotels Verenahof, Ochsen und B\u00e4ren zu einem Hotel und einer Klinik umgebaut werden sollen, befindet sich noch im Bewilligungsverfahren. Die Auflagefrist ist am 29. M\u00e4rz 2016 abgelaufen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verenahof AG geht davon aus, dass der Spatenstich noch Ende 2016 stattfinden kann, so dass das Bad im Jahr 2018 er\u00f6ffnet werden k\u00f6nnte. Das B\u00e4derprojekt in Baden hat sich mehrfach verz\u00f6gert. Urspr\u00fcnglich sollte 2012 mit dem Bau begonnen werden, die Er\u00f6ffnung des Thermalbads war f\u00fcr 2015 geplant.
