(Bild: Pixabay)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Die Strategie des SF Sustainable Property Fund, wonach die Nachhaltigkeit der Liegenschaften w\u00e4hrend des ganzen Lebenszyklus optimiert wird, finde immer mehr Anklang, teilt die Fondsleitung mit. Zur Finanzierung weiterer Zuk\u00e4ufe werde daher eine Kapitalerh\u00f6hung im Zeitraum M\u00e4rz &#8211; April 2018 gepr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n<p>Der Fonds investiert vor allem in Liegenschaften, die innerhalb von rund sieben Jahren an die \u00f6kologischen, gesellschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Kriterien des Fonds herangef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Juli 2017 hat der Fonds etwa ein Wohnportfolio mit 18 Liegenschaften im Tessin erworben, der Kaufpreis lag bei 158 Millionen CHF.
