Rund um die k\u00fcnftige Bahnstation Lancy Pont-Rouge entsteht eines der gr\u00f6ssten Immobilienprojekte der Region Genf (Visualisierung: SBB)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Swiss Prime Site erwirbt die 5.170 qm grosse\u00a0Landparzelle Esplanade 4. Auf dem Areal soll eine Dienstleistungsimmobilie mit 15 Obergeschossen und einer vermietbaren Fl\u00e4che von 30.000 qm entstehen.\u00a0Der zugrundeliegende Gestaltungsplan sei\u00a0rechtskr\u00e4ftig, eine generelle Baubewilligung werde f\u00fcr 2018 erwartet, teilt SPS mit. Baustart soll 2020 sein, die\u00a0Fertigstellung ist f\u00fcr das Jahr 2023 geplant.<\/p>\n

Das Areal direkt am Bahnhof Lancy Pont-Rouge ist die erste Bauetappe des Genfer Entwicklungsgebietes \u00abPraille-Acacias-Vernets\u00bb (PAV). Mit PAV soll in den n\u00e4chsten 20 Jahren auf einer Fl\u00e4che von 260 Hektaren ein neuer Stadtteil f\u00fcr 50.000 Menschen entstehen.\u00a0Rund um den Bahnhof, der im Dezember eingeweiht wurde, entstehen insgesamt sechs Geb\u00e4ude, die als B\u00fcros, Ladengesch\u00e4fte, f\u00fcr Gastronomie sowie f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliche und Freizeit-Einrichtungen genutzt werden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind auch 600 Wohnungen geplant. Die Grundsteinlegung fand im Juni 2016 statt.<\/a><\/p>\n

Ab 2019 wird am Bahnhof Lancy Pont-Rouge der Leman Express halten und f\u00fcnf Mal pro Stunde eine direkte Zugverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof Genf und nach Frankreich anbieten. Die Genfer Innenstadt ist damit in f\u00fcnf Minuten zu erreichen.<\/p>\n
